Care is attractive
Our vision
The association was founded in January 2022 in collaboration with the Coesfeld employment agency and the district of Coesfeld. In view of the increasing need for care in our society and the continuing shortage of skilled workers, the association has the following objectives:
The association aims to promote public health, elderly care and welfare services in order to increase awareness and attractiveness of the nursing professions in care facilities in the Coesfeld district. To this end, public image campaigns are carried out for the nursing profession.
In addition, information events are held on the various careers in nursing and customized information channels are developed. The association is also planning to train and establish brand ambassadors in order to support the transition from school to work in the long term.
The association operates on a regional level and focuses its activities on the Coesfeld district. It is also cross-cutting and cross-sectoral. All providers of care facilities in the district are encouraged to actively participate, regardless of their size or organizational affiliation. This includes both large associations and small private providers.
It is only possible to advance the nursing profession as a profession through a joint effort.
