The association
Care in the Coesfeld district -
many partners one face e.v.
The association was founded in January 2022 in cooperation with the Coesfeld employment agency and the district of Coesfeld. Against the background of the increasing need for care in society and the omnipresent shortage of skilled workers, the association aims to fulfill the following purpose:
- By promoting the public health system, assistance for the elderly and the welfare system, the aim is to raise the profile and attractiveness of care professions in the care facilities of the Coesfeld district.
- Image campaigns are to be carried out for the nursing profession to present the image of nursing to the public.
- Organization of information events on job profiles in the care sector
- Implementation of target group-oriented information channels
- Training and implementation of brand ambassadors to sustainably support the transition from school to work

We concentrate our activities on the Coesfeld district.
The association works across all institutions
We want to motivate all providers of care facilities in the district to participate. The providers that are organized in the large associations have the same rights and the same weight as the small providers from the private sector.
The association works across all sectors
Regardless of whether care is provided in acute inpatient care or long-term inpatient care, in outpatient care or in day or short-term care: All care providers are invited to participate.
